Release Heart Wall Through Emotion Code Therapy

Updated: May 5

The heart wall is one of the central blockages we work with in the Emotion Code and a significant process for our personal development.

The heartwall is build of trapped emotions.
The heartwall is build of trapped emotions.

Throughout our lives, most of us experience many stuck emotions. Situations that have been difficult for us to process become lodged in our energy field and, over time, in our body.

These can be violent and traumatic events that we still carry around and often think about. But they can also be small, seemingly insignificant events that we have long forgotten – perhaps a horror movie we saw a little too early, or a confrontation in the schoolyard. Some stuck emotions may even be completely unconscious to us and without an obvious cause from this life. These can be generational traumas that originate from our parents or relatives further back.

Often we unconsciously use these stuck emotions to build a wall around our heart – a protection against failure, defeat, overwhelm and the wounds that life can give us. Although this heart wall is created with a purpose, it is not always appropriate. The consequence can often be that we feel closed off, have lost touch with spontaneity, the joy of life and our authentic self.

A heart wall can be experienced in many ways, but what they all have in common is that it is usually a great relief to have it released. Clients often describe feeling happier, lighter, and that energy flows more freely in a positive way.

Having the heart wall removed means removing the energetic causes of one of our great defenses. It is highly recommended to have this wall released.

It is normal to have between 20 and 40 emotions stuck in your heart wall, so expect it to take between 2 and 4 sessions to fully release them. In a few cases it may take longer. I often recommend a week between sessions to allow the mind to find a new balance before moving on.

I have now released a large number of heart walls, and it is always a great pleasure. If you would like to work with your heart wall or would like to hear more, please contact me at:
